What is your shipping policy?
We strive to ship every order within 24 hours of receipt. Our goal is to ship every order 100% complete, with all items included. If an item is backordered or becomes unavailable prior to shipment, we will notify you.
Do you ship internationally (outside the USA)?
Yes! We will ship worldwide. All non-US or Canadian orders are fulfilled and dispatched by Hudson Music Europe. Please enter the appropriate country at checkout to see the rates for international shipments.
What are your shipping rates?
If you are in the continental USA, we will ship your order via standard ground shipping for free. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and the rest of the world, please enter your appropriate country and state in your shopping cart to see shipping costs.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We charge sales tax on purchases made by residents of New York State only.
Can I add an item after I order?
Since we try to process orders very quickly, we are unable to add or remove items from an order once it has been placed.
How long until I receive my order?
Typically, on deliveries to continental US addresses, you should expect to see your order within 3-5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and international orders may take slightly more time to arrive to you.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with any of the products you order from us, simply return them in good condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that we can only accept returns on CDs, DVDs, and software if product is unopened.
About the Drum Teacher Store
Founded as an outlet for teachers to preview and purchase drum education DVDs and Books, we are a members-only store focused on providing educators tools and media needed to keep their studios, methods and students up to date.
Created and run by drum teachers, for drum teachers, you won’t find pushy salesmen or sugar-coated marketing here – just great prices on great DVDs and Books that we use, and think you should use too.
Having spent many years teaching, we know that finding new methods and ways to educate and inspire students can be a challenge. We also know that books and DVDs can be expensive, and hard to find at times.
On each product page, in addition to sample videos and the publisher’s description, you’ll find our thoughts on the product – honest, with no marketing spin. And since our staff hand-selects these products for our store – if we wouldn’t use it with our students, we won’t sell it. Period.

As a benefit to our customers – the drum teachers – we offer our products at special, teacher-only pricing. Need a single copy to check out or use in your studio? We’ll save you 20% off msrp. Need extra copies to share or resell to students? Save 25% off with our 5-Packs or 30% off with our 10-Packs. Run a big studio or drum school and need more than the options we list on our pages? Contact us for special pricing on orders bigger than 10 pieces.
What’s The Catch?
No catch. Period. Just great pricing on products for you or or school to use. You just need to be a drum teacher and be referred to us by one of our affiliated partners and be a member of their education team or group.
